1. Scope of Service
Laxmi Groups provides independent electronic identity verification, document parsing, and application processing facilitation services. We act strictly as a technology interface and administrative portal.
2. Non-Affiliation Disclosure
We do not claim affiliation, authorization, endorsement, or partnership with any government body, government department, or the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. No Guaranteed Financial or Loan Approval
Payment of any processing fee or service fee does NOT guarantee loan approval, credit sanction, or financial dispensation. Any final credit or financial decision is made independently by licensed lending partners subject to their statutory underwriting criteria.
4. Service & Processing Fees
The processing fee displayed prior to payment is an administrative charge for technical document handling, server verification, and portal access. Once payment is initiated and processed through the UPI gateway, service charges are non-refundable as technical verification costs are incurred immediately.
5. User Representations
By using this service, you represent that all identity numbers (PAN and Aadhaar) submitted belong exclusively to you, are true and accurate, and that you have not attempted to impersonate third parties.
